Webinar 'Mid-season evaluation and rating
(staff and players)'
8 December, 8pm CET

JOIN THE WEBINAR

The winter break is just around the corner and it’s time to judge the players and staff on their performance during the first half of the season. In an evaluation you look back at the first half of the season, what went well and where there is room for improvement. During the evaluation you can discuss what the expectations are for the second half of the season. Giving a well-founded evaluation is therefore very important for a team.

On December 8, we will organize the webinar ‘Mid-season evaluation and rating (staff and players)’, in which we show how you can give optimal evaluations and how you can rate your organization on the basis of your own compiled evaluation forms. The solutions of Dotcomsport give you as a trainer or as a Technical Manager the possibilities to keep track of the evaluations and ratings and also to prepare them. During the webinar we will show you how to do this optimally.

The staff members or players you rate can of course also rate themselves. This is immediately visible to you and in this way you can always compare your reviews with those of, for example, a trainer. As an organization you always remain transparent. Judging each other and giving feedback creates a personal bond with the staff and players. In addition, you can address each other on his/her points of development and on possible undesirable behaviour.

Do you want to optimally evaluate and rate your organization during the winter break, so that you know where you can develop as a team or individual for the coming half of the season? Register now and don’t miss this webinar!
